At Cotopaxi Pre-Loved, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window on all certified secondhand items to ensure your total satisfaction. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as received and include the original tags.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Gear
Place the pre-loved items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed and the new label is visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
